Founder & Lead Investigator
Christy is a wife and mother of 2. Her husband, James, who is also a investigator with ISPI, have been married 15 years. She works in retail and is also a Artist. She has always had a interest in the paranormal since she was young, with countless experiences. She founded ISPI in 2013Â and was part of another group for about 2 years. She is a lead investigator and sensitive.
JAMES BEATTY
Investigator
James is a father of 2 and is married to Christy, founder of ISPI. He is a food service manager and sports lover. He started investigating about 5 years ago and over the last 2 years started to really get into the field regularly. He started out as a skeptic but with various unexplained personal experiences, he has since become a believer.
SHANNA LAWLESS
Treasurer & Lead Investigator
Shanna Lawless has been an investigator with the group for 5 years. She is married with three children. Shanna is a practicing Wiccan with experience in most religions. She enjoys reading books and the Paranormal.
BETH CHAMBERS
Secretary & Lead Investigator
Beth is a wife and mother of 2 boys. She works in jail ministry and has been there for 6 years. She has a passion for encouraging and helping others. While she has always had an interest in the paranormal her passion deepened in 2011. She was a reserve police officer for her local town, where she met a group investigating an abandoned school building. From that moment on she has been dedicated to learning as much as she can about the paranormal and has had multiple experiences. She has been with I.S.P.I. for two years and previously with one other paranormal group for 5 years.
Beth is one of our lead investigators, Public Relations Specialist and an empath.
DENA ERWIN
Researcher & Investigator
Dena is the mother of 2 children, a son and a daughter. She has 3 grandchildren. She works in a physician's office at a local hospital and has been at the hospital for 16 years. She has had a passion for the paranormal since she was 12 and has had multiple experiences. She also fell in love with researching while doing her families genealogy. She has been with I.S.P.I. for a year and previously with one other paranormal group for 4 years.
Dena is one of our investigators and lead researchers!
MARK BEAHRS
Investigator
Mark has been married to his wife, Laurie, for 37 years, their only child is a parrot named Albert. He's been a paranormal investigator for nine years and joined ISPI in mid-2017 upon seeing how serious ISPI is about investigating the unknown. Mark's interest in paranormal research spiked while witnessing his father experience strange occurrences within weeks of his father's death, then further intensified hearing of his mother's pre-death experiences. Mark's portfolio of investigations include homes, prisons, haunted hospitals, asylums, cemeteries, museums, religious rectory, and others. There is no doubt in Mark's mind of a realm after death.
HEATHER GORDON
Investigator
Heather is a wife and mother of 2 boys. She works as a clerk for the United States postal service. Her passion for the paranormal started when she was 10 and had her first experience. Say she recently discovered she has psychic abilities and is learning how to use them. Her mother Dena first introduced her to ghost hunting.
